We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and want you to shop with confidence.

Warranty Coverage

All jewellery purchased from our website is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:

• Faulty clasps, links, or fastenings.
• Breakage resulting from a manufacturing fault.
• Excessive tarnishing caused by a material or production defect under normal use and care.

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the item with the same or a comparable product; or
• Issue a refund where replacement is not possible.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, wear, or deterioration resulting from:

• Accidental damage.
• Misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
• Pulling, stretching, bending, or impact damage.

• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, dents, discolouration, or tarnishing caused by improper care.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than us.
• Lost or stolen items.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving any warranty claim. If our inspection indicates that the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear, the claim may be declined.

Our Right to Refuse Claims

We may refuse a repair, replacement, or refund where there is reasonable evidence that the item has been intentionally damaged, altered, misused, or not cared for in accordance with our jewellery care instructions.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
